A few weeks back, I was able to capture some images at the Urban Daisy, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, alongside some other talented vendors for a florist I really admire. I shot some video and then busted out my 35mm film camera to capture it in a different way. The images I got back really impressed me. This was all on 35mm film, Portra 400 + my EF mount 24-70mm lens.

Getting to use my 35 mm film camera at the Urban Daisy in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was a blast. The real analogue capture creates a vintage look that digital images cannot replicate. I have few different film cameras that I’ve been shooting with over the years but this Canon EOS-1v is probably my most dependable.
